I am the student athletics photographer for the UWF Athletic Department. I cover all home sporting events and other activities hosted by athletics, including the Argies (athletics end-of-year awards) and selection shows for NCAA tournaments.

Through my connections with the athletics department, I was able to get credentials for the GSC Men’s and Women’s Soccer Tournament that is held right here in Pensacola at Ashton Brosnaham Park during November of 2021.

Through my work at games, I get to work on getting my tasks done on a very tight deadline. For all sporting events, I need to not only take the photos but also edit and upload them during the game to be used right after. This allows me to work not only on my photography and quick editing skills but also on time management and prioritization skills that are needed in any job.

This job has not only been a great escape from a typical school environment filled with ongoing projects and assignments, but it has given me a chance to allow me to continue with my hobby of photography and work with a great team.
